Synopsis
Feature article written in the early days of p2p file sharing and pirated music. I folded in a few prescient quotes. From Chuck D: "The fact that music was intangible, intellectual property that actually could pay people lasted for a period of maybe 50 to 60 years. That time is over. It's gone." And I wrote, "As the music industry comes to terms with the likes of Napster... Hollywood looks over its shoulder, knowing the plunder of film may not be far behind."
